UK Standard Tracked Delivery
Free on ALL orders over £100 or £3.95 otherwise. Your order should arrive within 3-5 days of placing it. Please note that orders may take two more working days to arrive during promotional periods.
 
Has my order been dispatched yet?
When you place your order, we'll email you to confirm that it has been placed and to list the items you've ordered.
When your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, we'll send you a second email to confirm this. If you don't receive an email within four working days, please get in touch.
 
Which couriers do we use?
We use Royal Mail for UK Standard Tracked Delivery.
You will receive a two-hour delivery window via text and/or email. You can track your order anytime using Royal Mail Track and Trace.
 
What happens if I miss my delivery?
While you will be informed of your delivery window, we know that you might miss it sometimes! If this happens, you will be informed by email and may receive a calling card. You can arrange a redelivery via email or by following the instructions on your calling card.
We recommend downloading the Royal Mail app, which allows you to manage your deliveries, including adding a safe place, leaving with a neighbour, or collecting from your local Post Office.

CAN I RETURN AN ITEM IF I CHANGE MY MIND?
Yes. If you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it for a refund up to 28 days from receipt of the goods. The returned product must be new, in perfect condition and complete with original swing tags and packaging.
 
HOW DO I UNSUBSCRIBE?
Each newsletter has an unsubscribe link. This is the fastest and most efficient way to unsubscribe. WHAT IF I FORGET MY PASSWORD?
On the Homepage, at the top right-hand side, you will see a "my account" icon. Click this and enter your email address. We will then send you a new login code. You may later change the password.

Delivery is subject to stock availability and credit card authorisation, and a signature may be required on receipt (depending on your chosen shipping method). We will only charge one lot of postage per order – however many parcels it involves. Allow between 3-6 working days for delivery.

Overseas Delivery Costs
European Union: £16.00*
All other destinations: £24.00*
*This is a minimum charge. Weight dependent—In rare cases, the postage will be reviewed. We will contact you if this applies to your order.
For overseas deliveries, please refer to your domestic postal provider for estimates on how long your delivery may take to arrive.
